A retailer had been struggling for a while with its turnover. Several marketing initiatives including TV advertising could not change that situation. 


We analysed the customer behaviour and had found out that the consumer behaviour had changed. Customers were not entering the shops anymore to buy their products as competitors were offering similar products online, some of them at a cheaper price. We drafted a marketing plan putting more emphasis on the company's digital strategy. Together with an external agency we suggested a new concept for the company's webshop. The strategy was underlined with a social media campaign and a strong focus on PR. As a result only one year later the business took about 75% of its money online and was able to reduce its overhead cost, including their marketing budget, significantly.
